Wirral Estate Overview

The Estate is located in the centre of Wirral, with the majority of land situated between the M53 and the Mid Wirral railway line and additional land located on the fringes of Greasby, Woodchurch, Irby, Thingwall, Pensby, Heswall, Bromborough and Bebington.

The Estate is primarily agricultural but also includes let cottages, retail, catering, educational, commercial, sporting and leisure-based businesses.  It is administered from the Estate Office in Thornton Hough by the Board of Trustees, working closely with the descendants of Philip Lever, the 3rd Viscount Leverhulme.  The Trustees are themselves advised on the day-to-day running of the Estate by land agents Strutt and Parker.
